Our annual subscription service, RETOUCH, offers subscribers one full exterior house painting service per year, ensuring that their properties look fresh and vibrant year-round.

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team on a remote, commission-based basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities for RETOUCH, focusing on expanding our subscriber base and increasing revenue.

Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and business opportunities to promote RETOUCH.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, real estate agents, and property management companies.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement strategies to attract new subscribers.

Negotiate and close deals with potential subscribers. Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.

Requirements:

Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in the real estate or home improvement industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and remotely.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
